“Great crew! We visited when my wife’s doctor sent her to them and they put me in MBT’s and selected some inserts for me. I have been able to increase my walking time to nearly an hour everyday. I no longer wear knee braces while exercising and I’ve lost over 30 pounds.” – Don K.,  Riverside, CA

“I had serious foot pain and could not find any help. All my doctor told me was that I need better shoes and more support of my arch… When I got there they gave me a free analysis of my foot and how I walk. The staff was very informative and was able to teach me about proper shoes and the right fit. Needless to say I purchased shoes and an custom orthotic. Its been 2 months now and my feet no longer hurt. I am able to walk, work out, and stand on my feet after a long day of work or shopping. Thank you to the wonderful staff … You are all GREAT and I will be back for more shoes soon.” – Isabel S., Loma Linda, CA

“I had polio as a child and now in my late 50s suffer from post-polio syndrome. Among other things, I have foot drop where i constantly trip over my own toes, I have a lot of muscle and joint pain. I use a brace on my left foot/ankle. Shoes and shoe shopping have always been a tearful and drama-filled event for me — but not since going to…
After explaining my issues, I was shown MBTs. The structure of the shoe is amazing for my concerns. It provides great support and it is stylish. It took me a bit to get used to the rounded bottom, especially balancing and standing, but once I did – after just a couple of days – I look forward to putting on these shoes every morning!
When I was there I put my name in a bowl to win a free pair of shoes from the vendor. My name was pulled but the award shoes were sandals and they would not work with the brace I wear…[they] upgraded the award with no extra charge to me. The fact that I won shoes is not why they get the five stars, the fact that they really looked at me as an individual with specific needs — that means a great deal!
The entire staff was awesome. When I visited the store after a few days because the brace was wearing into the side of the shoe (a very common issue with wearing a brace), they fixed it for me. They went out of their way to ensure the shoe worked for me.
Great communication, care and understanding, personal attention. I highly recommend!”-Pat E., Claremont, CA

“I went in looking for running shoes.  I need to start exercising.  I was afraid to spend $100 for shoes but I knew that I needed good shoes because my feet were hurting.  The girl was really nice and spent time with me.  She measured my feet and then put me on a machine to see the pressure.  All the shoes felt good.  I picked up a pair of New Balance and I have to say that they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn.  Nice staff and great service!  After I get my next paycheck, I’m coming back for some arch supports.  They really know what they are talking about.” – R.H., Rancho Cucamonga, CA

“I went here because I was experiencing pain in my heels and shins when I started working out again this year. The sales rep Michelle sat me down and asked me a bunch of questions about how often I was working out and what kind of exercises I was doing. She looked at my shoes, checked my feet, and had me stand on a couple of machines to evaluate what was going on. Everything she was showing me made sense then she brought out some shoes and arch supports.
When I put the shoes on, I immediately felt some relief. It wasn’t an instant solution, but it did feel better than what I came in with by far. I wasn’t feeling any pain in my shins and my heels felt better. Michelle explained to me that if I had an inflammation, it could take time to get back to 100%. I went with her recommendations and ended up spending over $300 on shoes, socks and inserts.
It has been three weeks since I was in and I can’t believe the difference. I no longer have any pain in my shins or feet and I am running more and more each day! I now plan on going back to get some work shoes and a pair of casual shoes that she showed me the first time I was in. The experience of getting fit with a pair of shoes and inserts specific to my needs was well worth the expense for me.” – Tony R., Rancho Cucamonga, CA

“A few months ago I was referred by my doctor to see the folks…  I’ve been diagnosed with planter fasciitis and boy did it hurt.  My doc said to get better shoes.  I went in, not knowing what to expect.  They sure took care of me.  They spent 30 mins putting me on a couple of machines, looking at my feet and seeing how I walk.  The lady was patient and explained what was going on.  She then showed me some shoes and inserts.  I immediately felt the difference.  Less pain!!  Whooo!!  I was so impressed by their knowledge that I ordered the custom inserts.  In the meantime, because they have to be made, I went home with these shoes that have springs inside them and inserts that are premade.  Who knew that there was shoes with springs inside??  On the outside they look like other normal looking shoes.  I appreciated that there was no hard sell, just options.
I was impressed!” – Joe C., Pomona, CA

“I am a teacher so I stand and walk around all day.  Needless to say, many times my feet are aching in the evening.  A friend recommended that I check out Lucky Feet Shoes, and they didn’t disappoint!
I mainly went in to get some casual shoes for teaching, but after trying on a few pairs, I ended up with 3!  I got a pair of dressier work heels, some running shoes, and a pair of sandals that were on the sale rack outside.
The salesperson measured me, put me on a machine that tested pressure, and had me walk up and down the aisle before recommending a few different pairs. The running shoes I ended up with (Brooks) are so comfortable that I have been wearing them almost daily to school.  (I may need an additional pair for actual running soon.)
The other two pairs of shoes are also really comfortable – I hadn’t heard of either of the brands before, but I have been wearing the Ana-tech sandals a lot – both to school and at home.  I really like the black patent leather thong.  It makes it look a little dressier.  😉  The Helle heels are really nice quality – I was really surprised to see that they came with shoe bags and an extra set of soles for the heel??
It’s refreshing to find a store that really focuses on customer service.  They must have spent 30-40 minutes with me.  I will be sending lots of teacher friends to go see them. :)”  -Mary L., Yorba Linda, CA
